In fact, why don't we organize, find a space, hook up with a teacher (I'm sure we can find someone who'll come up here after finishing their morning practice at Eddie's) and then we could have our own Upper West Side Ashtanga.<br><br>Interested? I see that I will just have to continue exploring the yama of satya or truthfulness with you as well as reminding most of you that you need more work in the niyama of svadhayaya, study and meditation on spiritual writings or teachings.<br><br>In the words of the Vishnu-Purana (VI.62f.): <br>"From study one should proceed to Yoga and from Yoga to study. Through perfection in study and Yoga, the supreme becomes manifest.
