reminding most of you that you need more work in the niyama

of svadhayaya, study and meditation on spiritual

writings or teachings.<br><br>In the words of the

Vishnu-Purana (VI.62f.): <br>"From study one should proceed to

Yoga and from Yoga to study. Through perfection in

study and Yoga, the supreme becomes manifest. Study is

one eye with which to behold That and Yoga is the

other."<br><br>Of course, I need not remind any of you that 'Yoga'

is used here in a much wider context than merely
