Your energy has been instrumental in my healing process. <br>I do receive the club mail and have learned a lot from being one of your members. This has been my only exposure to both a computer club and anything associated with ashtaanga yoga!<br>Being so isolated in my yoga practice is a double edge sword. I have no peers, no guidance, etc.. (fill in the blank ________).
