I'd like advice on nutrition. I've been looking

for books to tell me what to eat but not much luck.

Also, it was surprising to read that Jois recommends

two spoons of ghee (clarified butter?) daily, and

writes that vegetables are bad for you. Has anybody

tried his ghee recommendation?

does he really say vegetables are bad for you?

that's kind of hard to believe. i've been reading a lot

of books about diet and its effect on our health and

environment. THE FOOD REVOLUTION in particular was quite

awesome. I'd recommend that all yogis read it. it seems to

me a vegan/vegetarian diet is the only way to go in

this age of kali yoga.
