Lots of footage of Ashtanga yoga asana practice, including group scenes and solo practices of David and Sharon. Also footage of Nirmalananda, Brahmananda and Pattabhi Jois. Very interesting. I like this video a lot. Its a good one to show to anyone who may be receptive to learning about yoga. "<br><br>I've watched it several times. It is very inspiring. Sometimes I tell people it is good karma to watch it. Its not an instructional video. It covers the whole "subject of yoga", not just asana practice, though David and Sharon both demonstrate some very impressive asana practice.
