Guest guest
"I can move alot of weight in the gym. Alot. Hands down the strongest woman in the gym that is my size. I am not that big--just strong and lean. I have dieted and trained and done aerobics to get my bodyfat below ten percent. I have done what I thought was the hardest training imaginable.........<br><br>ASHTANGA IS THE HARDEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE"<br><br>I feel largely the same way, and I think the presence of that very dense muscle tissue developed through the weights makes it substantially harder. I don't mind, I like pushing my limits, and man those limits are pretty easy to find when you're doing ashtanga with a weightlifters body. I'm not sorry for developing my musculature as I did, and the fact is while it may limit some flexibility, I can get the big air-conditioner up the steps, and get my motorcycle back up on 2wheels after some idiot knocks it over, and so on and so on, with ease and grace, and that's nice too.
