I can't because most of this stuff is making me constipated. What happened to the kinder, gentler you that yoga makes you turn into following your practice. You know that revelation that you all keep alluding to with the nose-to-the-knee analogy. I would love to see all of you guys and gals in one room...think of the karma...of the siddhas...O man!...think of the potential! This stuff is what keeps me coming back to this website. Here I am enlightening myself with all this stuff I received from Amazon.com and damn near choking to death over the stuff in these posts...rectal lock..rectal lock!
