Guest guest
Gruesome. One of the worst yoga videos I have ever seen. Kest never stops talking, has only model-type students with big hair and lip gloss, shot on an ugly "industrial" style set with a porn-movie soundtrack.

The horror, the horror.

Cheers,
DMCG
Guest guest
I am laughing my head off at this. Well...since I haven't actually seen a porn, I guess I don't have the same frame of reference. But - I do like Kest tapes I own. Personal preference, I'm sure. So, DMCG...what video would you recommend?

Franki
Guest guest
Personally, I thought the students were quite healthy and I learned alot about body types and yoga. But what can I say YOGINNIS are hot when they are in tune. But I agree Kest talks too much, but DDMG, Rangerman, what does porno music sound like? Bumpin'and Grindin'? LOL. You got it right 4toes! Guest guest
I'm new to this list and this is an old message but I figured I'd respond to this anyway:) (then again, if you buy the theory of relativity then the date it was posted is irrelevant:) ) Kest's videos are excellent! I've got the three early ones (back when he looked more like a rock star, these days he doesn't) and Bryan comes across as a sincere intelligent and knowledgeable teacher. I must admit that when I first got the tapes I was put off by what I perceived to be a whole "image thing" but once I started practicing with the tapes I found him to be very down to earth and encouraging. In fact today at my yoga class when I found myself "striving" to get more perfectly into a pose I kept hearing Bryan's voice in the back of my head saying "It's not what it looks like, it's what it feels like" as well as "Get your ego out of the pose" (something like that). Apparently he's also not just in it for the money either as (last I heard) he doesn't charge set fees and has a donation box instead. How many teachers can claim this? He sure sounds (from all I've read) like someone who is making a real effort to "walk his walk" even though surely like the rest of us he's going to be human and fall below his own ideals from time to time.
