I have disagreed with you in the past but as a former employee of Gomez and Morticia I have first-hand experience of their heinousness. The only reason for this latest BS is that yes, teachers want and need to progress forward in their practices and the only person who has an "advanced" practice (at JYC)is David, who lacks "100% committment" to bringing his students/teachers along in the program because he refuses to teach. How can you have teachers running your program that are only practicing intermediate series?Obviously, Christopher and anyone else who has taught the mysore practice cant be in Mysore and NYC at the same time. That is why people practice at eddies. There is no one else in the city of his stature. <br>The cancellation of the astanga classes at JYC is great news for the yoga community of NYC- finally a separation between what is real and lasting and what is rubbish.
