(Big oooooops!)<br><br>So if they are independent contractors, this is where the scandal really starts.<br><br>(And to switch from independent contractors to employees is quite costly for the employer since all sorts of little costs are involved over and above what one would expect to be just the tax portion.)<br><br>This time you hit the nail on the head and there will be "big *** in little china". More, actually, than you would wish on your worst enemy. You will die a happy man senor.<br><br>All the teachers will have to be reinstated to justify them as independent contractors. Otherwise to ecpect them to comply to the jivam rules they will be regarded as employees and that cussword backtaxes (!) .....will apply.<br><br>Anyone a specialist in the field here?- this is where this story gets interesting.
