Guest guest Posted February 3, 2002 Report Share Posted February 3, 2002 hello to everyone,<br><br>i go to college in rural GA (Georgia southern UNIV, nursing major) anywho, i have been studying yoga alone with books, tapes and workshops (whenever i can save enough money to go)for 2 years now, anywho... Whats you advice for a yogi who wants to learn more about ashtanga but is cut off from the out side world. I come to ashtanga with my head bowed only wanting to respect the teachings of Jois. Yoga leads to calmness and love - read his messagges and contemplate if he he has mastered just the first step of ashtanga-yoga. - He works very hard on it, but his ego is a great challenge for him.
