I don`t think you are understanding me , sorry

I´ll try to make myself clearer. <br>If your hips are

flexible enough , you can take the head to the knee / shin

no problem. If your hips are stiff but your ego is

saying "got to touch" then all you will doing is

straining your lower back. Study David Swensons and John

Scotts book. You will learn lots. No ego.
