Anyway, I gave birth to twin girls recently and am trying to improve the strength in my back and lower abdominal muscles. I have been told that yoga will help with this. The class I am taking is Ashtanga Yoga. I also do a weight training class 2-3 times a week and a step aerobic class 2 times a week.
