third series poses?

What are the poses in the third seris?

 

I could watch Swenson's 2rd / 3rd series video to figure this out

but that takes a long time.

 

I have found "cheat" sheets for the first and second series. I've

read that they were made with drawings by John Scott. Having

momorized the first series, the first series cheat scheet is no

longer very useful. But until I did, it was very useful. I now find

the second series cheat sheet very helpful when I'm practicting

second series.

 

Books, cheat scheets, list of asanas in sanskrit - all would be

helfpul.

 

So asking this question about the 3rd series is a little optimistic

on my part but hopefully not totally unjustified.

They sell a booklet by Matthew Sweeney called Ashtanga Yoga As It Is,

which has photos of all postures from the first 4 series - Primary,

Intermediate, Advanced A, and Advanced B.
