Guest guest
I am using Richard Freeman's Primary series video as a guide. I do not see Parivrtta Parsvakonasana in it yet this posture is being included by instructors at a small studio that I'm taking classes at. To the group:Thoughts, opinions, clarifications?? Guest guest
Fresh from a workshop w/ Mr. Freeman, I can tell you that we did not practice P.P. I vaguely remember hearing that Guruji did not originally include Parivritta in the Series; as a vibrant, alive practice it has evolved over the years. I suspect that senior teachers teach it as they were taught it, back in the day. ? By the way, let me add to the glowing reports generated about Mr. Freeman something that we do not hear about: the man has a magnificent sense of humor! Best insights, Tina. ashtangayoga, "jimp_54" <jimp_54> wrote: > I am using Richard Freeman's Primary series video as a guide.
