Guest guest
Hi about 6 months ago i injured what felt to be muscle along right side of back through to right chest. Now at times it feels healed. I go to do some exercise and it it damaged again. I recently went to a physio and they said that one of my internal joints has sprained itself. ( when i tried to take a break i got a sharp pain direct between back and chest ) It is just not going away and the physio visits are doing nothing. ANyone know some better/more efficient things do do other than a physio to get this healed?

Guest guest
I had similar symptoms and went to see my Osteopath. He said that I had dislocated my lowest rib and therefore the pain is radiating on both the chest and back. He then proceeded to do some muscleoskeletal manipulation that healed the ailment after a day of rest. So, if you have a chance to see a skilled Osteo, try it out. > Hi about 6 months ago i injured what felt to be muscle along right > side of back through to right chest. > Now at times it feels healed.
