Guest guest Posted March 27, 2002 Report Share Posted March 27, 2002 Hi, I have wanted to take yoga for a long time, and last night I had my first class. It was wonderful. It was the first time I was able to feel myself totally relax in what seems like an eternity. I will be taking yoga classes twice a week. My goal is to de-stress, strengthen my body, and thereby lessen the effects of fibromyalgia. Honestly I don't know a lot about it, and I am here to learn. What are the other benefits of yoga?
