Hi, I have wanted to take yoga for a long time, and last night I had

my first class. It was wonderful. It was the first time I was able

to feel myself totally relax in what seems like an eternity. I will

be taking yoga classes twice a week. My goal is to de-stress,

strengthen my body, and thereby lessen the effects of fibromyalgia.

 

Honestly I don't know a lot about it, and I am here to learn. What

are the other benefits of yoga? How is Ashtanga different from other

forms?
