Guest guest
Sorry to jump in but as I am going to SF for a visit, I started checking out the Ashtanga classes out there specifically self practice. I am staying 2 blocks away from It's Yoga, so am thinking about going there. After all, I am only staying for a short period so I will not complain! BUT is there any place with Self Practice in SF (preferably in similar area)? What Rocket class offered at It's Yoga? Why are the classes only 1.25 hr especially for full primary? ashtangayoga, astangamama <no_reply> wrote: > I hear you...I don't think anyone should be teaching any kind of > yoga without a serious anatomy and physiology background, regardless > of which guru you have studied under.
