I hear dwe hasta kukkutasana works for many people.

 

Jokes aside, if you do your practice, consistently and constantly,

your biceps will attain heretefore unknown strength and

unimaginable powers. But why do you need super-strong

biceps? A 10 pound, or five-kilo weight in each hand and a few

repetitions on each side will surely do the trick.
