Guest guest
Well personally I do not like to use any type of apperatice in my practice. The reason I asked this question is because certain movements that I do my arm shakes (not as much as it use to, which means it is balancing itself out) because I do not have a clear balance between bicep and tricep. The tricep muscle is much stronger (due to years of push-ups, and martial arts) and as such I want to have a good balance.
