Guest guest
Hi, I am no expert but in my earlier days of practice I used to hold headstand and/or shoulderstand for up to twenty minutes in a session. Now when you do that it builds up a foundation of strength in the major muscle groups, mainly back and abdomen, but also the bent position of the arms seems to favour bicep development over tricep since they are extended. Makes sense? Keeping the bicep moderately tensed as it is in headstand/shoulderstand should certainly get rid of shaking sensations. I used to get that in my thighs but they are much stronger now after achieving the 5 navasanas (but not the handstand).
