Good luck to you. Acupuncture is very successful in helping with pain. I

had a complete tear of my ACL (ironically during Ashtanga class), and after

about 8 treatments and staying off of it for 2 months, I was back to about

85% - no surgery. A year later, I'm xcountry skiing, snowshoeing, hiking,

etc.. I went back to Ashtanga class within four months of the injury

(missed the beginning of a session, then tax season got in the way). I just

love my acupuncturist!

ashtanga yoga it happened again

had just moved a few boxes ( moving house ) then went to shops.

WHile having the little shopping box in 1 hand felt a little swinge.

Low and behold ( it wasnt like bam all at once )and hte minutes

progressed my mobility regressed ) now its back to where i was 3

weeks ago. :( I am so frustrated like you couldnt imagine.

Tomorrow i go to this chinese accupuncturist up teh road. And I am

tryign to find the other doctor type also mentioned Re : injury.

I so hope these people can help me as the physio was a waste of time

and $$. :(
