way.. i think the goal is to be able to repeat them as

many times as possible without stopping therefore, the

5 breaths during the down dog is to keep the heat and

focus while taking a little rest. apparently, it is

not as effective to take Your breaths at the end of

each cycle of poses. maybe its a focus issue?
