I am reasonably new to yoga and have been going via a Book. ( right now I cannot make it to an ashtanga class ) Do you train every day ? are there days you take off? Not sure that yoga bud is actually practicing ashtanga; references to "training", asanas as "exercises" and the vagueness of her yoga "book" raise the red flag. Bud, any yoga is good yoga, and a little every day better than a lot once a week. If you want to start practicing ashtanga, do follow Scott's advice.
