Ashtanga is a very specific method as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Me thinks you need to find a different venue if you want to discuss your brand of yoga which has as much to do with Ashtanga as does Tai Bo, Aerobics or 1/2 hour on the running machine.
