These are some very bold statements to be said about me, when you don't even

KNOW ME!!! Your negative assumptions about someone whom you've never met and

don't know anything about proves your ignorance and all you are doing is making

an ass out of yourself. I've got your DISCIPLINE right here!!!! I WAS IN THE

ARMY FOR 4 YEARS!!! THERE'S YOUR DISCIPLINE!!! You ought to do us all a favor

and pull your head out of your ASS! If you want to practice the DISCIPLINE AND

SPIRITUALITY aspects of yoga - you would CONTROL your mouth (words) and be a

more POSITIVE person. If you are a teacher of Yoga, YOU SUCK! You my friend,

are the UNQUALIFIED teacher for reasons that speak for themselves. You are a

disgrace for all people wanting to learn yoga. You know that saying, "If you

don't have anything GOOD to say, don't say anything at ALL". Why don't you

PRACTICE that instead of PRACTICING yoga!!

Sometimes the truth hurts. Ashtanga is a difficult system and

requires some discipline. Perhaps you can dabble in classes taught

at your local gym or health club.

Good luck,

El Senor!

Sheesh, people get so worked up around here. Although he is

undoubtedly argumentative and at times the most arrogant participant

here, he is also one of the most knowledgeable about Ashtanga yoga

and has imparted a lot of really good information. So Wendy, instead

of telling El S that he sucks, perhaps you should take a moment to

breath and calm down. And by the way, I too was in the army...bfd.

Fortunately I was able to leave the armed services with a better

sense of control of my temper than you.

Senor's number one fan...peace out.

-Wendy, it seems like the one resorting to name calling, assumptions,

ignorance and obsenities here is you. Too bad that you are not able

to appreciate El Señor's knowledge, wisdom, wit and internal

consistency. doberlady1
