I started this as simply a workout however the peace I have found, the internal equilibrium has been an extraordinary and unexpected benefit. Since I am new to this and am a bit embarrassed to ask the resident teacher, I thought I might ask you very knowledgeable people here. I have seen on many web sites and a tape I bought at one point that one should not practice yoga while having their menstrual cycle, is this a real concern and what is the fear? Thanks for any help.
