Guest guest
One doubt for experts. Teacher of yoga class which I attend has a technique that I have not seen before. When students are switching from standing up to sitting postures or vice-versa she insists that it should not be done at once. At both switches she makes all the students to get up or sit down in steps which involves bending down and touching your toes for minimum one minute. Everybody has to remain like this and then gradually straighten up or sit down. Is it harmful to switch basic posture during asans ? I am little annoyed of spending lots of time every morning touching my toes (with knees straight). Comments please ? Regards Trupti
