Guest guest
I used to run almost daily for the past 5 years. I started to do Ashtanga about 2 years ago and fell in love with the practice and the effects it has had on my emotional and spiritual life. Unfortunately, I have not been able to keep up with my running (to my dismay). I cannot run and do the Ashtanga. I am not able to progress in my practice because I cannot get my hip area to open up and it impedes my growth in Ashtanga. It has been very frustrating for me since the running kept my weight off. Any suggestions on how to do both?
