Guest guest
For those of you interested in learning the subtleties of our system from one of its greatest, I recommend attending and hanging w/ David W. He is versed in all aspects of the series and pranayama. For those of you looking for a trendy experience, please stay home so as not to ruin this opportunity for the serious practitioner. What a deal @ $180. ashtangayoga, "ashtangibychoice" <AshtangiByChoice@Y...> wrote: > I thought the list might be interested in this. Tina, who operates > Just Plain Yoga, is a really generous soul.
