Guest guest
WOW! By the fact of his appearance I did not realize that he was that old! Heck I'l be lucky if I live to be 87, let alone practice that long. I was looking on the Internet and I read that he was 79 (must have been an old article), then I realized why he is the way he is, and does what he does. Sorry if I offended anyone. I would be interested in hearing the answer to the question you asked though. Thank you. Sincerely, -Demian - "clk0893" <no_reply> ashtanga yoga Wednesday, June 26, 2002 1:52 PM ashtanga yoga Re: K. Guest guest
I agree, he looks great for his age. When he adjusted me, he got down on his knees and worked with me, and then got right up without missing a beat. My teacher (who has studied intensely with him) seems to feel that he will teach as long as life allows him too. I am lucky, at 46 that I can get up 4 times a week and do this. Some days I feel like I can't walk up a flight of stairs. I do think it is interesting though that no one seems to have ever seen him do the practice, other then some still photos. > > clk0893 [sMTP:no_reply] > Wednesday, June 26, 2002 1:53 PM > ashtanga yoga > ashtanga yoga Re: K.
