Guest guest
I was not talking in the physical sense, but in the emotional and spiritual sense. When I practice, I physically feel well which helps me to cope with situations that I have had to deal with lately. It brings me a sense of calm which I incorporate into my everday life. When you feel good you have more to give of yourself to others. This has been a very hard 4 months for me with my son over seas protecting our country. I rely on my faith in God that he is in charge, but I have to do what I have to do to maintain that calm. for me, Ashtanga has been a great gift that I have received. Not, to mention all the great people that I have met.
