I'm new to this group also. I practice yoga at 'club sport' in Tigard;

this complements my meditation practice (Vipassana -

http://www.portlandinsight.org/) in Portland, Oregon. I've been doing the

yoga for three months and love it. I'm 47 years old and feel great - this is

so therapeutic for the remaining damages from an auto accident years ago.

 

Thanks to all for sharing so generously the experience of each of your

practices. I love hearing about where you practice too.
