Guest guest
Way to go Kath! Do you know or does anyone know if having multiple c-sections (excess scar tissue) prevent one from opening the pelvic area to get into lotus or the other binding poses. I have had 3 and no matter how long I practice, I can't seem to get my pelvic/hip area flexible enough to go further in the binding poses unless I am being put there by my teacher. (As you are well aware of !!) Any ideas on how to stretch that area on my off days.
