** Not that I know of. How often do you practice siddhasan, or

student's lotus?

 

In this post, the 'spiraling' out of the flexors, hips, knees &

ankles is taught to slowly open .. like a blooming lotus .. so that

the full pose can be achieved. From my experience, the lotus is more

about flexors & knees than any other muscle group.
