ashtanga yoga moon salutations/ was:A non-Ashtanga ?

Thank you all for your input regarding my chandra namaskar question. It is so

nice to see so many that are willing to share their knowledge. I now have so

many versions of this namaskar that it will keep me busy for a long time....

thing is that the posture in the middle of chandra namaskara

You also do both sides, right side first and then left side, so i am

sure there must be a connection somewhere betwen this northern form
