Guest guest
Welcome Babu P.! I never introduced myself either...I am a beginners yoga instructor and love Ashtanga..they only time I get to take a "real" ashtanga class is when I travel to New Jersey and take from my trainer/one that certified me. So much to learn..so little time. I did catch on to Yoga fast and because of my dance I have progressed somewhat quickly to it. My understanding of my body and its biomechanics also has assisted me with making my only 2years of daily practice look like 7. Check out my site at www.awomansspirit.com and click on the I Dream of Jeanne icon to get to my page (dance and movement studio)....Does anyone know of any REAL classes in the DC area? we are full of Iyengar but no Ashtanga that I know of...We have a great 3HO center here in Sterling though..anyone into Kundalini? Are you referring to belly dance or some other? Either way, if you have a physical background, the asans may be more phyiscally accessable. [[Check out my site at www.awomansspirit.com ]] ** What a lovely site .. & friendly. The picture of you in costume on the beach is beautiful. The pics of students - all smiling & happy - give your site a homey feel. Welcome to the list! Om Shanti ... Yogini Shakti
