I don't know you, or your teachings, but newsflash: NO-ONE can "certify" you (a "trainer"?!?) to teach ashtanga but our beloved Guruji. Period. And I'm not even touching that stuff about dance letting you "progress" faster... Be careful what you post, because it can come back and bite you on the mula bandha. -Tina.
