ashtanga yoga What is "Ashtanga"

Hello All,

 

I am a certified Yoga instructor and have a website

which is a resource of information on yoga and other

topics that contribute positively to one's wellbeing.

 

It is a labor of love and a project for which I know

will not be completed in this lifetime. The more you

learn, the more there is to learn. And so many things

are inter-related like Buddhism, Ayurveda, etc.

 

It's all so interesting and fascinating. I would love

for you to check it out. If you have an article or

other info you would like to e-mail to consider for

the site, please feel free.

 

I am fortunate to be leaving again in two weeks for

another 4 1/2 months in SE Asia. We'll be at least a

month in Mysore. I know Pattabhi Jois will be in the

US around the 15th, but we are hoping to see him the

first couple of weeks anyway.

 

This is a wonderful group. I so enjoy reading all the

interesting and useful info each of you is so willing

to share. I can understand your passion. I am equally

hooked and have been for quite some time.
