I have been doing yoga for about 3 years and go to workshops ect. ect.,,,,, i wont be teaching ashtanga yoga.............i dont know what to do???????? I need the money and want to teach some day but now????? is this a great change for me to start teaching? Sometimes it is good not to meditate too much - they have ask you? Do it. Do it if you have something to teach. This I would meditate.
