Guest guest
One thing that could be harmful to one's knees is the lotus posture in the primary series and due to the "themes" of the primary series the lotus is repeted alot in many variations. One thing to keep in mind is dont jam your knee into lotus ... this causes for the strain that so many people in our community complain about. When attempting lotus move from your hip, make sure there is an out rotation of your hip before you place your leg in lotus. This will open up the groin and roate your femer so your knee joint is in one line raither that just sticking out which causes strain. Hope this helps you guys Chris
