Guest guest
The greatest commandments from God are 1) you shall love God with your whole heart, soul and mind, having no other Gods before me (and that can be anything, even a yoga practice) and 2) you shall LOVE your neighbors as yourself. Now, if we all just followed those rules only, can you imagine how wonderful this world would be! I don't think we need Ashtanga yoga or any other yoga to follow those simple (although not always easy) principles. fbl I must say I get a kick out of you, you certainly say what is on your mind!
