ashtanga yoga Question about jumping thru in Vinyasa

Thank you so much for the great advice...Up here in rural Maine

there is little opportunity for live in person yoga instruction,

especailly in ashtanga. I will continue to be devoted to the

practice and trust that my legs will eventually flow thru. AUM
