Is it ok if I do Supta Padangusthasana to open the inner groin or I should try

other asana?

** In addition .. stay focused on your center of balance .. the

navel. Keep your ribcage lifted & out of your hips, and do not

forget to straighten your spine. With every prana gently lift the

vertebra, with every apana .. 'settle' in to the new alignment.

 

As to the inner groin stretch part of this asan .. try opening this

with floor work.
