Guest guest
I am starting a small business to provide home delivered organic produce to people in the Boston area. It is called Boston Organics. If you are interested, please visit my website for more information... www.bostonorganics.com. Or contact me, jeff I started eating organic produce on a regular basis about a year after I began practicing yoga. I don't know if it was because the produce was organic, or if it was because of an increased produce consumption, but I definitely noticed that my practice got "deeper". I have recently relocated to the Boston area and am looking for ashtanga studios. If anyone knows of any studios both in the Boston area and North of Boston, please let me know. Thanks, Jeff

In this way, I can live my life in accord to the seasons .. as all living & vibrant systems on this planet do. An integral aspect of Yoga, for me, is gardening. Working with the soil, planting & nurturing seeds, harvesting the fruits of our labor, & preparing this abundance in a spiritual manner is very rewarding .. on many levels. And gardening is so simple that even city-dwellers can enjoy it. There is extensive information on the web regarding containerized gardening techniques. Om Shanti ...
