Ashtanga on a budget?- community class

The community class at the shala is wonderful, as is the teacher

who leads it. It is quite small, still, and you will get a ton of

adjustments and attention from a very knowledgable teacher.

Granted, it's not ashtanga. But the suggested donation of $5,

and the quality of what you'll get for that, cannot be beat.
