If you are interested, please visit my website for more information www.bostonorganics.com Or contact me, jeff I started eating organic produce on a regular basis about a year after I began practicing yoga. I don't know if it was because the produce was organic, or if it was because of an increased produce consumption, but I definitely noticed that my practice got "deeper". I have recently relocated to the Boston area and am looking for ashtanga studios. If anyone knows of any studios both in the Boston area and North of Boston, please let me know. Read on and then you might see why he’s feeling shy: There was a revered Ashtanga yogi who chose to live a rugged and ascetic life. He often went barefoot and as a result, developed calloused feet. He ate a spare vegetarian diet which included many beans, and as a result developed bad breath. He also went on fasts which made him rather weak. He was a “super-calloused fragile mystic with extra halitosis.” Ouch. Thanks Josh, and don’t give up the day job! (If anyone has any better jokes, please send them to annie ) THAT’s ALL FOLKS – Thanks to all those who have emailed saying how much they enjoy this service.
