you should see an orthopedist for that injury and not do any yoga until you

are completely checked out and healed. If you are not practicing with a

certified teacher, I would suggest finding one and they can help you to

learn the correct form in the asana so that you do not injure yourself

again. Take the time to heal and don't rush it or you will do more damage

to your body.
