Guest guest
I've been practicing for a number of years now, however in retrospect..I think that, knowing what I know now, I would start my practice differantly.. I would spend the entire first year of practice doing Sun Salutations and Pranayama for six days a week.. the day before the resting day would be an extended session..building endurance, grounding.. building heat and burning off toxins. It has become apparent to me that a solid foundation is very important. The problem was that I was so enthousiast that I identified progress with learning more and more advanced routines. In reality, I would probably have progressed more physically, mentally and spiritually if I had persevered in, and deepened a much more simple practice.
