I agree with you completely. That is why my teacher teaches Mysore style

and only allows me one position at a time. I do get frustrated at times

because my competitive nature comes alive and I want to "master" it all, but

then my real yoga starts and I need to let go and remember that I am where I

am and to enjoy the moment and the asana and all will come with time. Not

always an easy lesson but one I am so grateful for. Learning from David

Williams this past weekend also taught me that I need to stop being so

serious about my "conquering" and have some fun with it too. I do want to

do this when I am 80 and if it is always "work," I won't want to do it. He

is so right. Personally, again, I need to rest my muscles once in awhile

and then I am much more flexible the next day.
