I will see if I can get the book. also, It was suggested to me to get the book by Thom Birch. I give you serious credit for the 50 mile race. TALK ABOUT A GOAL! Wow. Unfortunately, with a 5x week ashtanga practice, fulltime job and an 11 year old at home (who is into every sport) I am a bit short on time for marathons!! Best of luck though.
